The staff were incredibly accomodating, smiley and kind. Very patient in helping us to speak Indonesian. Also very thoughtful. For example, they noticed and fixed the squeaky door during the room cleaning without us even saying anything. Very efficient communication on WhatsApp and staff had a great level of English. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed being in villa 8 because it was down the end so it was definitely a very quiet stay. The breakfast was very tasty and there were lots of options, including many vegetarian options. The cleaning of the room was to a high standard and they lit a mosquito coil near the door each night which was a great touch. The room was spacious and the king size bed was very comfortable (we are picky with the bed comfort levels when we travel so this was great!). Netflix was available on the TV and the air conditioning worked very well. We stayed 7 nights and would definitely come back! Thank you very much to all of the staff.

Right from the get go, every one of the staff (from security, reception, to room service) at Javana were exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Checking in was a breeze, and the staff was very clear and detailed in providing us with all the information we needed. It was raining 2 of the days when we returned to the villa, and the staff ensured to shelter us to/fro the buggy and dropped us off at the villa. Throughout the stay, the staff were extremely responsive whether through call or whatsapp, making the stay extremely convenient and comfortable. Room was very clean and comfortable as well. The location was great in terms of food and massage options, yet at the same time provided a quiet and relaxing environment to return to at the end of the day.

It was perfect! Centrally located, yet tucked in a peaceful & quiet garden. Beautifully designed, spacious, clean & comfortable. Each villa has a private swimming pool that is daily maintained. The staff was polite and at our disposal the entire time of our stay - each morning they would bring us breakfast with a smile and that is how our day would start! Plenty of breakfast options to choose from, but I would also note that the property has its own restaurant as well as a small spa center. They also kept our luggage safe while we were in Ubud for a couple of days. We are looking forward to our next stay here!

The facility is perfect in terms of comfort. The room was incredibly spacious, clean and modern. The pool was big. It is in a very nice location. You can easily reach many popular places on foot or by taxi. There are cafes, restaurants and everything around. From the first step into the facility until we left, the staff took care of us with all their helpfulness. The staff was incredibly polite, friendly and sweet. We would like to come here once again. We loved coming back to the Villa after a day out and about in the hot weather. The air conditioning was superb (we have had many average air conditioners at other villas, so this was extremely important). The pool was just perfect. The couch and bed were extremely comfortable.
